The thing about running demos at the store is that it is quite expensive and a royal pain in the ass to upkeep 100 or 200 demos. We use to do it and found it to be too much to keep up with. We now run about 30 alternating demos in the store and find this much more manageable. The problem is when you have 300 flavours and only 30 demos to try. I propose that if someone buys a juice that they were not able to demo and truly does not like it, upon producing the full bottle I will exchange the juice for something that they do like.
At Subtlemix/Vaporstorm customer’s satisfaction of juice quality and flavour is our main concern.
